I love your polite use of "sprang into action" for something that we
are used to doing **before** Eric Raymond wrote the Cathedral and the
Bazaar, still a modern lecture and almost not yet understood. For sake
of your laziness (and watch out yourself in step in whatever action
your hazardous instinct might make it crosses your mind), I am adding
a link to wikipedia

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Cathedral_and_the_Bazaar

Pardon me if I did not send you directly to the page of book selling
on Amazon but I bet on the chance such a text is also available
on-line.

echo chambered by Guillermo "da" Baskerville (cit. Il Nome della
Rosa), ops nope! Unfortunately... lol

He is alive and ok, hopefully. Or commits have been made by somebody
which has the access to his account, by good reasons or malice,
temporarily or for his last will. My bet is that, much probably, Denys
is smarter than you guys and he simply took a chance for a
break/pause. We do not know, as simply as that.

no logic changes

You have not been hijacked, you are also not hostages of mine, you
simply can sit and wait for the "official" git to evolve and ignore
anything else. We used to call this "freedom" before everyone
grandparents here in this list had been born alive.

Just to understand how this "freedom" principle is old, the "Agora" is
the ancient greek word to indicates the bazaar place, the public
square for social activities and the place for taking decision and in
Athens also in a "democratic" way that has nothing to do with nowadays
elections but by who does decide principle.

By that principle, you are free to wait for the return of Denys or
keep running your business, as you wish.

Best regards, R-
