Migration torture !!

Ok, there we are,

as I said already, we are setting up a git server, it will be soon up 
(monday maybe ?), but still, here is a tool I use to test the migration 
thing,

just unpack and type "make"

then ./migtorture

it's a migration test case, and unit test. for now, only the 2 first 
tests pass (process doing no syscall, just cpu ...)
