Help Plsss

Hi,

I am trying hard for Openmosix for linux clustering but facing bad problem
while trying to install it.
My Linux platform is Enterprise Linux 4 with kernel 2.6.9-5.

I tried to follow steps given at
http://howto.x-tend.be/openMosix-HOWTO/book1.html
I downloaded and try using openmosix kernel
*1. openmosix-kernel-2.4.26-openmosix1.i686.rpm*
*2. openmosix-kernel-2.4.26-openmosix1.i386.rpm *
I faced the problem telling me depmod old file not found and it can not be
install.
*3. openMosix-HOWTO.pdf.gz*
Was giving me error of file not found at some xx number and asking me file
to patch:

Then I tried using openmosix kernel *
openmosix-kernel-source-2.4.26-openmosix1.i386.rpm *it did installed
properly without giving me errors than i did install *
openmosix-tools-0.3.6-2.i386.rpm. *

Now i am not sure for further procedure according to doc it says me to *make
config*  asking me kernal configuration and stuff and i tried *menuconfig *but
its not working

when i try for */etc/init.d/openmosix* start gives me following

[root@RHEL4 ~]# /etc/init.d/openmosix start
openMosix: ERROR: Cannot find the /proc/hpc directory.
openMosix: ERROR: Looks like this is not an openMosix enabled kernel.
openMosix: ERROR: Configuration ABORTED.
openMosix: HINT: need to recompile your kernel with openMosix support
enabled?
openMosix: HINT: need to update your boot manager (lilo, grub, etc)?
openMosix: HINT: have you read the docs at
http://openMosix.sf.net/<http://openmosix.sf.net/>?

So can anyone please help me out.
