Question openmosix.config

Hi,

I am setting up an openmosix cluster on DELL poweredge 1950 nodes.
I would like to thank Ismo Aulaskari for his mini how-to posted last 
month on this list which was quite helpful !

I have one question about the openmosix.config file, for there is one 
entry that is not clear to me:

# Allow guest processes to arrive.
# BLOCK=no

It seems to me this should be set to no to allow guest processes to 
arrive, am I right ? (in the how-to mentionned above, this is set to yes 
  so I am confused).
