Wrong format in the generated vmlinux file

Hi, I got the latest openmosix source and did a make
to build the new kernel in my debian 4.0 system. When
I reboot, I got an error message saying that the file
was in wrong format.

So what do I need to do to use the new vmlinux file
beside listing the new entry in the
/boot/grub/menu.lst file? Is there any documetation to
outline the steps? Please help. Many thanks. -Yong 

By the way, I went back and reboot with an old working
kernal. I did a file command to see what type of file
between a working vmlinux file and the new generated
openmosix vmlinux file. The follwoing is the output:
