  This is unrelated to user area tools. This kind of forced migration 
should work no matter than user area tools are installed.

  Node management is needed for load balancing, but not for forced load 
migration. Node management went to user area, and node numbers are not 
more needed, so you don't need to use setpe for a forced migration.

  As far as node membership does not work, mosmon will only work in 2.4.

  From now, user area tools for 2.6 only have fixvfork -needed to fix a 
little thing on glibc vfork wrap to vfork syscall-, "migrate" application, 
and a general migration API to be called from C.

  This C API is working for 2.6, It can be used to any other work, and is 
being used by node management. And this will be the aproachment. The most 
of the work is being developed on a fully reusable C API that can be used 
on more complex user area applications.
