what is required in the filesystem for openmosix kernel to work?

Hello,
I'm trying to put together a small initrd image that I can pass to network
clients along with an openmosix kernel via PXE. What at a minimum does an
openmosix kernel need in the filesystem to be able to work? My knowledge is
such that I can't build my own filesystem from scratch, so I'm trying to use
some pre-existing initrd templates and then put the needed components into
the filesystem. My objective is to use a dozen or so diskless computers
that I can boot on the network to be contributing openmosix nodes. My
understanding from the documentation is that the userland tools need to be
installed in order for the openmosix kernel to work, but I couldn't find
anything that spelled out what was required and what was optional.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Daniel Petersen
