will work ok
i would just be carefull if "someone" is sending too many e.g. "xeyes" to
your X-window which allows every incoming conncetion then
(e.g. while (true); do export DISPLAY=yourworkstation:0.0; xeyes&; done )

..... i do the same here (using xhost +), and
 as long as your a in a trusted network 
(in which you should be when using openMosix or any other HPC stuff)
it is no problem.
