Promoting 1.9.4 release to 2.0.0-pre1

Hi,

I'm thinking of releasing 1.9.4 as 2.0.0-pre1 to reflect the stability
of OpenSSI-1.9 code.  In the current roadmap 2.0 milestone is met when
OpenSSI is ported to base kernel-2.6.16.y (stable stable), but the
opinion is the OpenSSI-1.9 code is already quite usable on base kernel
2.6.11.  Also take into consideration that OpenSSI-1.2 stable is not
really based on the status of the base kernel, but more to do with the
status of OpenSSI code.  This gives us reason to re-evaluate the
requirements of the 2.0 milestone to exclude base kernel-2.6.16.y.  We
will create another milestone for OpenSSI on 2.6.16.y stable stable.

The reason we are 2.0.0-pre1 is because of socket migration bug
(http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1718329&group_id=32541&atid=405834).
 Are there any other bugs you believe absolutely need to be fixed
before going 2.0.0-rc?

This is 2.0.0-pre1 for FC3 only.  Is Debian ready too?
