Well, for the user level stuff the patches can be extracted from cvs
with a quick "cvs diff".

    $ cvs checkout ... -rOPENSSI-DEBIAN
    $ cvs diff -u -rDEBIAN -rOPENSSI-DEBIAN
      

For the kernel you can get an openssi patch by going into the openssi
directory and typing "make kernpatch".
