github?  Somewhere else?

We'll have to think about how the repository is laid out.  The current 
mixture of userland and kernel and (partial) separation of CI and 
OpenSSI makes my brain hurt.  (Of course I'm pretty bad at all this 
CVS/git/patching stuff).
