Active SSI Project

I've looked around on the web a lot for HPC clustering
solutions, and I was drawn to OpenSSI because it looked like the
best of what I've seen. But this mailing list barely sees any
use at all, and the project doesn't seem all that "alive". In
fact, none of the HPC clustering projects I've looked at seem
all that active. Can anyone suggest a good one? I'm ideally
looking for something that...

1) Stays current. (That is, it's up to date. It doesn't refer
to Sarge as "testing", etc.)

2) Provides a true Single Server Image (like OpenSSI).

3) Is as working and bug free as can be reasonably expected.
Something on the level of the stability of the major Linux
distributions.

OpenSSI seems to have the best combination of the three from
what I've seen, but it's still not quite the level I was hoping
to find.

Thanks,
- GM
