The tree on oops.kerneljanitors.org is the old tree where nobody is
working on anymore, and is known to be problematic wrt the auto* stuff.
The new subversion tree isn't yet public but you could use the later
releases from here: http://laiskiainen.org/apt/releases/ which do build
cleanly on FC4.
