First apt-0.5.15lorg3 release candidate!

Changes since -pre4:
- fix a nasty bug in all previous repomd-capable versions wrt unversioned
   dependencies
- fix internal version hashing causing incorrect output from apt-cache at
   least
- improved sanity checking for repomd parsing
- cleaned up debug junk
- show architecture in addition to version in apt-cache showpkg versions
   list

It's release candidate instead of yet-another-pre-X because everything is 
supposed to be working now. If not, let me know. Oh and don't bother 
reporting problems with the preX versions unless you can reproduce them 
with rc1 after a fully rebuilt cache (ie run 'rm -f /var/cache/apt/*.bin' 
before running rc1) due to the unversioned dependency-bug.
