apt-0.5.15lorg3 release candidate 2

Most notable changes since rc1:
- ~30% faster cache generation 
- don't crash on empty repositories
- distroversion handling fixes
- document the supported sources.list types in sources.list manual
- auto*tools and various other cleanups + fixes from Ralf Corsepius

With a little luck this will be the final RC before lorg3 final, knock
wood though... I'll be practically offline for a couple of days from now
but after that I'd to get the final version out on this weekend so
please test and report if it works for you or not :)
