The title of section 4.2.1 is inconsistent with section 4.2.

   4.2     Upgrades from Debian 12 (bookworm)
   4.2.1.  Upgrade to Debian 12 (bookworm)

The use of 'to' is misleading, inconsistent, and thus confusing.
