Do you mean before or after rebooting with the new kernel and page size?

Before, you can check if the system uses any btrfs filesystems and their 
sector size as indicated in the bug report. After, you can check all 
filesystem mounts and swap activations defined in /etc/fstab, native 
systemd units or any othe means.
