The question which follows is: Which wiki? debian, ubuntu, linaro ....

In terms of Debian and the release team, no. Cross-building bugs are
not release critical. Porters are different, so something which fixes a
native build problem on armhf has a much higher priority than something
which fixes a cross-build issue for armel, whereas a native build
failure on armel has a higher priority than a similar native build
failure on armhf.
