I didn't know about games-finest. Thanks for letting me know.

I see there are already a couple of 3D first-person shooters in the
games-finest list, and both have lower popcon than freedoom (nexuiz
325, openarena 622, freedoom 850). On that basis, adding freedoom
might indeed make sense.

On the other hand, games-finest's popcon is even lower (103), so I'm
not sure that freedoom would actually gain many more users by being
included...
