As explained in

work on PCSX2 is actively being done.

My current progress is at https://salsa.debian.org/twolife/pcsx2
and I will merge it back to the GamesTeam repo once plutosvg hits unstable.

v2.6.0 was released 11 hours ago, please leave me a little bit of time 
and enjoy v2.4.0 in the meantime ;)
