   Description     : C++ wrapper for the PCRE2 regular expression library

jpcre2 is a header-only C++ wrapper for the PCRE2 (Perl Compatible
Regular Expressions) library, providing regular expression
operations using Perl-compatible syntax. It supports
the 8 to 32-bit code unit widths of PCRE2 and is consumed by
including a single header (after which the consumer links against PCRE's
runtime libraries).

I am packaging this to be used as a dependency for miracle-wm
(ITP #1135522), and all build and runtime dependencies are already in
Debian.

I will need a sponsor.
