  Programming Lang: Perl
Description : fast XML to hash conversion written in C

XML::Fast implements a simple state-machine XML parser in C, exposed to Perl
as xml2hash. It converts a document to a nested hash in a single pass, without
building a DOM first.

It tolerates and recovers from some kinds of malformed XML. It does not
validate; use XML::LibXML if you need a validating parser.

The package will be maintained under the umbrella of the Debian Perl Group.
