XML::Tidy::Tiny re-indents an XML document by splitting it on tag boundaries
and tracking nesting depth, indenting each level by two spaces. Elements whose
content is plain text stay on one line; any XML declaration is kept on a line
of its own, and whitespace-only text between tags is discarded.

It exports a single function, xml_tidy. There is no parser and no validation,
so it has no dependencies beyond core Perl and it will reformat input that is
not well-formed. Use XML::Tidy if you need a tidier that understands the
document.

The package will be maintained under the umbrella of the Debian Perl Group.
