For example:

- Reselling, *redistributing*, sublicensing, claiming credit, or 
ownership of any of the icons is strictly prohibited.

Debian needs to be able to redistribute the icons.

- *Do not use* this material for spam websites, illegal business, 
illegal activities, and hate/crime.

- *Do not use* in your company logo or trademarks.

- *Do not use* to training machine learning or artificial intelligence 
systems.

- *Do not use* in non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

One of the fundamental freedoms Debian espouses it that anyone can use 
the software for any purpose, including purposes you don’t like.

Quoting from the Debian Free Software Guidelines:

"The license must not restrict anyone from making use of the program 
in a specific field of endeavor. For example, it may not restrict the 
program from being used in a business, or from being used for genetic 
research."
