 TRX is a tractography file format designed to facilitate dataset exchange,
 interoperability, and state-of-the-art analyses, acting as a community-driven
 replacement for the myriad existing file formats.

 This package contains the Python implementation of the trx file-format.


This package is a new dependency introduced in dipy 1.8.0.
I plan to maintain it under the Debian Med Team umbrella.

I am not 100% decided about the package name, because plain
python-trx could refer to an unrelated python project, which is
not packaged though.  In the meantime, the packaging stub is
available with its current heavy name on salsa[1].
