emboss and python-biopython stuck in Building state

Hello,

Five days ago I have uploaded emboss and python-biopython. Both are 
stuck in "Building" state since then, emboss on arm64 and 
python-biopython on armel. This is strange to me, as normally long 
builds timeout after periods of inactivity (no output). I have 
successfully rebuilt emboss on amdahl.d.o in a couple of minutes.

Has anybody experienced similar issues lately?
