Re: [help] python-pyani upgrade to 0.2.13.1

Aloha!

I started to look this package. It's not so simply :P. 

I started to look test_subcmd_06_plot.py, but I began to suspect that
the tests depend on each other, but I'm not sure, anyway I debuged
test_subcmd_04_anim,py and I looked that in pyani/run_multiprocessing.py(147)multiprocessing_run()
we have this error:

So seems that delta_filter_wrapper.py must be installed to run this
tests, maybe this is the issue with other tests?

I can continue looking tomorrow, but if you or someone have some ideas
go ahead.
