Could someone have some look at sift please

Hi,

I realised that sift is the only Debian Med package where Vcs fields are
pointing to Alioth.  I tried to fix this with uploading latest upstream
(license could be checked - "somehow" it should be free now, but I did
not investigated into this).  Unfortunately it does not build and the
means I tried to convince Salsa CI to include non-free failed obviously
so I can't link to some build log.  My local log has
