Help needed for latest version of kallisto

Hi,

I tried hard to get the latest version of kallisto building which I
finally seem to have solved.  Unfortunately the build time test
fails[1].  I'm about to give up and fix the three open bugs in the
version currently inside Debian.

Anybody more lucky than I?
