The r-bioc-oligo* packages are quite high in the dependency level of the transition,
and it was not possible to update them until recently.

I have just uploaded the packages.

Buy the way, help is welcome.  Please ignore the autopkgtest failures caused by
unavailable dependencies for the moment: the autopkgtest dependency graph is
heavily connected and contains loops.
