I have uploaded an updated revision of hwatch to mentors:

Current version:
  0.4.2-2

This upload includes the fix for the FTBFS reported in #1138281 by relaxing
the ratatui dependency upper bound in the Debian packaging so that the package
can build with ratatui 0.30 in unstable.

The current source package can be downloaded with:
  dget https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/h/hwatch/hwatch_0.4.2-2.dsc
