Ok, some comments with things I would also do, and things I would not.

- Please don't change the Vcs fields, I will grant you required permissions
on the current repo if required.

- If you are into cleaning debian/patches, decide if you want numbered
patches or not. My recommendation is to stop using numbered patches
(i.e. drop 0001- and 0002-), because that way they are easier to share
between branches.

- It is customary today to drop "Rules-Requires-Root: no" and
"Priority: optional", because those are now the default.

- Also, you might want to use the simplified version of salsa-ci.yml
(the one having a single item in the include).
