Defrauding government money by KACS

www.kacschgo.org 4300 N. California Ave. Chicago IL (773) 583-5501 Acting 
Executive Directors Michael Maranda and Sukjin Lee laid off 6 staffs on 
August 13, 2003.

The bottom line is this decision happens to get involved with U.S. Citizens 
discrimination and illegal green card sponsorship. Outrageously, all the 6 
staffs KACS laid off happened to be U.S citizens or U.S resident and KACS 
have retained 3 staffs whose INS status is very suspicious. (KACS is 
currently sponsoring H-1B for 3 staffs for no reasons) . We Americans have a 
right to know how they proecess h1-B. KACS is hiding h1-b process documents. 
The most important thing is all of these 3 staffs are funded by federal and 
illinois fund.

KACS is defrauding tax payers¡¯ money to sponsor unqualified people green 
cards illegally and replaced U.S. workers. This agency needs immediate 
audit. This thing must be investigated as soon as possible and whoever 
violated the law, they must get the consequences of what they¡¯ve done. They 
must stop lying about this H-1B fraud. KACS already defrauding more than$ 
600,000 for INS ESL fund (Rici) for 5 years (1997-2001). The documents were 
all forged.forged client names and addresses and also City of Chicago job 
fund(MOWD). We Amercians must eliminate this kind of dishonest agency.
