be able to alter my question.

1. Who is the target audience for wiki.debian.org, and what is its 
purpose or intended use?

The background for my question here is simply that I think there is no 
clear answer to that question.

2. How do you judge the quality of wiki.debian.org?

3. Do you have plans or goals regarding wiki.debian.org and how would 
you achieve them?

4. How do you think about translating pages in the wiki but also on the 
official website, especially when it comes to out-dated translations and 
what picture this draws of the Debian project to the public?
