python-backports.zstd: FTBFS building against python 3.15

Package: src:python-backports.zstd Version: 1.7.0+ds-1 User: [email protected] Usertags: python3.15 Tags: patch Hi! While rebuilding the python related packages against the python version 3.15rc1 we found that python-backports.zstd fails to build from source [1]. This is known upstream and upstream expect this package not to be used for versions of python 3.14 or greater. The snippets of code shown upstream also guard users to avoid importing this module with the incompatible python version. It seems to me that this is the use case of the header X-Python3-Version, which allows us to specify which python versions this package require. I'm attaching a debdiff with the added field.
