to me, having lintian detect duplicate files is useful, because if
that happens to a package which didnt have that before, it's usually
a sign of a newly introduced problem. 
it's never about busy work or storage prices...

In Germany we don‘t say "Combat 18, Nordkreuz, Gruppe S., Hannibal, NSU 2.0,
Lübcke, Halle, Hanau", we say "Wir müssen jetzt etwas gegen den Linksruck tun!"
