Bug#1142412: transition: nginx

The libnginx-mod-http-xss package has been fixed and uploaded.
Now we are waiting for the test results on the loong64 architecture.

For the libnginx-mod-http-echo and libnginx-mod-http-headers-more-filter =
packages,
I adjusted the autopkgtest timeouts because they were too strict, =
causing CI failures on slower architectures.

I also fixed the libnginx-mod-http-ndk package,
which was causing the tests for libnginx-mod-http-set-misc and =
libnginx-mod-http-memc to fail.

Hopefully, everything should be running smoothly now.
