Currently the texlive-binaries-sse2 package provides binaries, which can only exit on 4 arches. Merging it back into texlive-binaries makes texlive-binaries uninstallable on nearly all arches. Are you sure this is desired? Or do you want me to drop dep on *sse2-support*? The version specification in your bug report looks weird.
