SSE2 is, in trixie and newer, part of the architecture baseline on 
all supported x86 architectures (amd64 + i386).

Thus the dependency on sse2-support is unnecessary in trixie and 
newer.

I *think* Bastien asks for you to remove the Dependency on 
sse2-support, so he can later remove that package. The package split 
in your package does not need to change.
