Hello, It is the point of a foundational document to define guidelines for the community to adhere to and to have a reasonable framework. If the people contributing to the project with a vote power deem it necessary, the Constitution could be amended, but until then either we abide or there is no point assembling and following a ruleset we set together. IoW, even if inconvenient and suboptimal, there will be one candidate for this year, except if NotA wins (in which case another election will be started). Bests, -- PEB
