I do not have the numbers. I am aware that we are spending money for 
Outreachy interships and some amount for Diversity bursary for DebConfs. 
And these are the two activities I am aware of that Debian as a project 
does to promote diversity.

For the DPL Helpers Team, I do not intend to dedicate any budget, it 
will function as any other delegated team - with the time and effort of 
volunteer team members. It would be mostly administrative team which 
would help DPL in day to day activities like keeping track of To Dos, 
help writing/proofread, and other similar activities so that things do 
not fall through the cracks. I do not intend to share 
confidential/classified information with the team.

And about Diversity team, initial activity would be to study our current 
plan and to come up with alternative plan to solve any short comings. 
Eventually, I might allocate the budget we regularly spend on Diversity 
to this team to streamline the activities and better traceability.

The money I might spend on diversity seems like a concern for a lot of 
people. I want to make it clear again here - my aim of promoting 
diversity does not involve spending huge part of the Debian money on 
diversity. For promoting diversity, spending huge amount is not what is 
required, I request all who are concerned to understand this.

I am very concerned about every penny spent from Debian budget. I want 
every penny to be spent rightfully. To answer your question, obviously, 
Debian infrastructure would be my default choice.
