Who said anything about skipping? The Swiss run their supercomputer 
entirely on hydro power, and yes it has been used to train, not just 
run, LLM models.

Whether we consider this fact to be an insignificant drop in the bucket, 
or a material consideration, is part of the choice we're making here.

On a related note, I'd like to ask you to drop the scare quotes. They 
are not conductive to a reasoned discussion IMHO.
