This bug seems to be about the package search form, not the bug search
form. The search form here: https://www.debian.org/Bugs/ is modeled
directly on the search form which is present at the end of every
pkgreport.cgi output.

I'm ready to apply patches which improve the readability of that form,
but they should both be kept in sync.

If there is such a patch existing, my apologies in advance for missing
it.
