Note that the text is currently the same that was in the website
untouched since 2001 (16 years, wow).

We (partners team) still didn't define the new partners program.

Your suggestions will be taken into account for the 2017 program, and
the ones that refer to better readability etc may be "ported" to the
former years description too.
