Build xorg* and rootskel-gtk packages on s390x buildds

Hi,

currently the Debian buildds have a configuration file called=20
"Packages-arch-specific", used to block packages from being built on=20
specific architectures. The list is seldom used and almost empty. The=20
current list is:

I am mailing you as you are listed as the maintainer of some of these=20
packages. We would like to drop the complete Packages-arch-specific=20
file.

To keep a package from being built on s390x, one option would be adding=20
something like this to d/control:

Build-Depends: do-not-build-on-s390x [s390x]

Another option would be to just build the packages on s390x too.

Could you please either add the Build-Depends, accept building on s390x=20
or reply with reasons why Packages-arch-specific should not be dropped?
