The filename of the attached patch is unfortunately misleading.

The patch fixes the |${EI_debuinfo}| → |${EI_debuginfo}| typo in 
|source/CMakeLists.txt|, as described in this bug report. It is *not 
related to SPIRV-Tools upstream issue #6849*.

The attachment was inadvertently given a filename referring to #6849. 
The patch contents themselves are for the CMake dependency-variable typo 
reported in Debian bug #1145371.

Sorry for the confusion.
