Bug#1145371: Acknowledgement (spirv-tools: Fix typo in source extraction dependency)

One further correction regarding the attached patch:

The following metadata in the patch header is also incorrect:

There is no upstream bug associated with this fix. The patch is a
Debian-specific fix for the `${EI_debuinfo}` -> `${EI_debuginfo}`
typo in `source/CMakeLists.txt`.

The `Bug:` and `Forwarded:` lines were inadvertently copied from an
unrelated patch and should be removed.
