the debian-installer manual can be translated on two ways:
1. via xml files
2. via po files
The former Catalan translator preferred to use the xml file method.

A conversion into po format is generally possible, but for this step,
we need a 100% up-to-date xml-based translation.
Because of this, you have to use the xml files for translation now.
