That's broken - I suppose a minimal fix would be to replace "possible" with something that actually fits grammatically, but "is able to be enabled or disabled" sounds ridiculous. Probably it should be: msgid "This module can be enabled or disabled." Do all the other modules have similarly trivial templates files in need of the same fix, or do we need to do a full review?
