I agree for those with 0 contributions.

I imagine all those with just the IP got deleted too, right? We have 
hundreds of IPs for Italian. Is it necessary to send a list of the IPs?

I want to point out a doubt I have, that I don't know if it was taken 
into account. What makes someone with 0 contributions associated to a 
specific language? I don't think you subscribe to a language when you 
login. The only scenario I can imagine is they fetched a description for 
that language. Or maybe it's the initial login from a language page?

But now I am thinking, is it possible that I ask to delete someone that 
has 0 contribution in Italian but who worked in another language? That 
would be very bad. I know we have some contributors that pop up every 
3/4 year just to lend a hand; it would be really annoying if they came 
back and didn't find their account anymore.

I don't know if I am making any sense.

Anyway, thanks again, and I will send that list.
